I would love to dabble in fashion design but I am not that creative, I can’t draw and I can’t sew so I have been pretty much leaving it up to the experts until I can get some training. However, when a designer allows you to be a part of the creative process I think it is just awesome! Especially when you get to do the fun part and they can do all the hard work. We found the Hetty Rose site that allows you to explore your designer side with shoes - how fun! The shoe line uses vintage Japanese Kimono fabrics that fit with differing seasons and occasions. Each shoe style is hand-made to size based on your foot and you can choose the custom fabric that you would like used on your very own pair. The styles vary as well. I like the Mika which is peep toe and slingback. Have fun creating your very own fabulous and unique pair!
