If a Timex watch and an iPod had a kid, it would look something like this IRONMAN Sleek iControl Watch. The iControl watch has everything you need in a serious sports watch - Water Resistances, night light, three time zones, 2 interval timers, 3 alarms, a countdown timer, plus more. But what really separates this watch the the standard affair is its iPod integration. It transmits signals to your iPod so you can play, pause, advance tracks forward and reverse, and control volume. Now all you need is a watch the will run for you!

Wool Jersey Ballet Top
Friday, August 31st, 2007
I have been starting to focus more on my fall wardrobe because I had one of those moments looking in my closet and realizing I really need new clothes for the fall and winter. That and some of my clothes from last season I am just over and want some new pieces. The Wool Jersey Ballet Top from Free People is a good casual top to wear with jeans. It’s still a light and thin material so it is good during that in-between weather where it is chilly enough for long sleeves but not cold enough for a heavy sweater. It is available in Rust, Dusty Purple, and Black with a deep v-neck and a tie in the back to cinch the shirt in the chest area and make it flow out more around the waist. You could definitely layer this with a tank or wear it under a cropped jacket since it falls below the waist.

Salad Blaster
Friday, August 31st, 2007
I really need some sort of divine intervention to help inspire me to bring lunch to work. When I think of the extra money I would have to spend on clothes and shoes if I wasn’t spending it every day on lunch, it kind of makes me lose my appetite. This Salad Blaster from The Container Store is a really cool way to pack a lunch for the office. It is a plastic cylinder to hold your salad mix and then it comes with a reservoir in the lid to hold your salad dressing of choice. Now here is the really cool part that sold me on this product. When you are ready to eat your salad, you push down on the lid to release the dressing and then shake it up to mix it together. Could not get any easier. I am not a fan of pre-dressing a salad because it gets soggy by he time lunch rolls around. This would totally eliminate any issue of that and keep your healthy lunch contained.

Volcom Fab Jacket from Swell
Thursday, August 30th, 2007
This fall, the short cropped jacket is a must-have. You can pair it with jeans on top of a tank when you need to be casual or pair it with a pair of wide-legged pants and some ankle boots to head into the office. The Volcom Fab Jacket from Swell is an option with some unique retro details to set it apart from the standard crop blazer. It has two columns of buttons at the top and the bottom of the jacket is more opened and wrapped. It has a small stand-up collar and a button fold on the back of the jacket. It is available in black or red. This definitely has an edgier flare if you are trying to show off your unique fashion sense.

I have an obsession with Molton Brown and their line of luxury products. It all started last Christmas when I bought my mother the Molton Brown Affection Women’s Gift Box. I thought the product was high in quality as well packaging . So in turn I bought my girlfriend a gift box set for her birthday. It was on this trip to the Molton Brown store where I found out about the men’s line. They gave me a few samples of the Re-charge Black Pepper Wash and I was hooked.
