Friday, September 28th, 2007
Take that boring candle and add a little color with Rainbow Moments! Just in time for Halloween, these candles don’t burn the regular boring orange and red flame, they give off colors like green, purple, red and pink. They come in a variety of different styles like the party candle, tea lights, and rainbow drip (pictured). The candles burn using a natural process combining organic salts and safe metals such as magnesium. With candles this fun, why would you ever buy anything different?

Henna Women’s Zip Front
Friday, September 28th, 2007
I’m not that much of an athletic girl. I have always been a girly girl even when I was young and my parents forced me to join an indoor soccer league to be a part of a sports team, which needless to say did not last long as I ran from the ball every time it came near me. However I do go to the gym and take some workout classes so I need some athletic clothing to wear but I always like to find athletic pieces that still have a girly touch. Like this Henna Women’s Zip Front from Yes No Maybe. It is a white zip-up front jacket that you can wear to the gym on days when it is cooler out but it has a pink henna flower stamp design on the one side of the jacket to add a really feminine touch.

2(x)ist: Basic Crew Neck T-Shirt 3-Pack
Thursday, September 27th, 2007
Right now my undershirt drawer consists of quantity over quality. Most of the ones I have are in good shape and pretty comfortable as I just upgraded them not to long a go. But, last night I put on the one 2(x)ist T-shirt I have and boy as it comfortable! The one I have was a gift and I was told that it cost around $22.00. $22.00 just for one plain white tee? No wonder I have only one! Still thought, the comfort it gave me made me thing it was worth it. Sometimes you have to pay a little more for quality. Luckly I found the 2(x)ist Basic Crew Neck T-Shirt 3-Pack at Bare Necessities which offers quantity and quality at a manageable price. It’s availiable in black and white and also V-neck and Crew neck. Now I can start building my new quality undershirt collection without breaking the bank!

Moleskin Blazer By Gap
Thursday, September 27th, 2007
I’m already in winter shopping mode looking forward to the colder weather so I can wear some of my favorite winter attire and add a few new things that haven’t been in my wardrobe, ever. It might sound odd, but I’ve never owned a blazer that didn’t belong to a suit and thought I never would. That is until recently when my girlfriend bought me one from J. Crew. I thought this year I’d add a few blazers to my arsenal. One I like is the Moleskin Blazer By Gap. It’s 100% High-quality woven moleskin cotton with a knotched collar and interior contrast-color felt neck which gives you the option to wear the collar up if you prefer. It’s available in black and brown and has lower front flap pockets. This would be a great addition to any man’s wardrobe.

Sterling Silver Je T’aime Pendant
Thursday, September 27th, 2007
Pretty jewelry does not always have to cost a ton of money. Believe it or not, our friendly neighborhood Walmart had several pieces that caught my attention and all for under $100. This Sterling Silver Je T’aime Pendant is a great way to say the three most precious words without saying anything at all! It is a scroll of paper that holds that dear message, “I love you,” but in the most romantic language in the world, French. Hanging on an eighteen inch silver chain, this is a classic gift that epitomizes the idea that it doesn’t have to really cost a lot, to mean a lot.

Bosom Button
Thursday, September 27th, 2007
Being a female that is well-endowed in the chest area, I can definitely relate to my fellow women who sometimes have trouble finding appropriate tops or dresses that fit around the top as much as they fit everywhere else. Sometimes a shirt will fit great in the arms and around the waist but it will pull right over the chest, which is just annoying. Also, being in work showing off a ton of cleavage is just not really appropriate so I tend to layer a camisole tank top under the majority of my shirts which can sometimes just be an extra bulky layer. Well, ladies, there is a great new product out there to help solve these problems while also adding a fashionable detail to your clothing. It’s called the Bosom Button and it’s a small, only 8 mm, push pin that is adorned with a Swarovski crystal. You simply pierce it through your shirt or dress right at the top or the section that’s pulling, secure the clasp in the back, and no one will know any better because it looks like it’s a detail that was designed as part of the clothing. We were lucky enough to receive a sample from the company and it looks just as good in person as it does on-line and definitely gets the job done. It says that it can also be worn to secure pashminas or sarongs or can just be added as an accessory. The best part is that it comes in all different crystal color samples so you can pick up a few to match your problematic outfits. Now you never have to be self-conscious about revealing too much at!

Bill Boss Shirt By Deeper Couture
Wednesday, September 26th, 2007
One of the main problems with stores like Gap, Banana Republic and J. Crew, while most of the clothes are of high quality, they are also mass produced. If you are looking for uniqueness, those stores don’t offer much. Recently while I was out, I had on an Express polo shirt and as soon as I walked into the bar some guy had on the same shirt, which got me thinking about buying some clothes with a more limited run. This Bill Boss Shirt By Deeper Couture fits everything I was looking for. It comes in a limited edition run of 100 as do all the Deeper Couture shirt. The snap close faux French cuffs give it that classic look without all the added accessories. The gold thread hand stitched details give it a personal touch that many of the bigger box stores can’t achieve. The Deeper Couture shirts are also designed with a relaxed fit which makes them the perfect versatile shirt that can be worn with jeans as well as suits.
