I am an east coast girl and the furthest west I have been is Vegas. I really want to plan a trip to California though, especially to do some west coast shopping. I think one of my first stops will be Lisa Kline on Robertson Blvd. Not only is there a high chance for celeb sightings but from everything I have seen, it looks like a great (and expensive) place to build out your wardrobe. Here is a top that I would most likely be drawn to try on. The Elijah Cap-Sleeve Neck Tie Swing Tunic is a cafe colored flowing blouse with short cap sleeves that end right at the shoulder. It also has an asymmetrical necktie which is a big shirt feature for the fall. This shirt could work for a night out in the city or even paired with trousers for a day in the office.
