Do you dread the holidays because you never know what to get your friends and family? Shopping for yourself can be hard let alone shopping for others which can cause even more holiday stress; will they like it, will it fit, do they already have something like it. And then there are those people on your holiday gift list that pretty much have everything you can think of and you just become stumped every time you have to think of a present for them. There is a really cool website that can take some of the stress away from gift-giving and help you find the perfect gift for others as well as make sure you get some perfect gifts for yourself too! It’s called the Giftlist from MyThings.com.
It’s a website that lets you find out exactly what the people on your gift list will want and will like. Here is how it works. You create a free account and create a list of possible gifts. You can then email this list anonymously to your friends and family through the website. They will be asked to rate the options or add anything that is missing and you will be able to track their feedback. And to make sure it is kept a surprise, they won’t know who sent them the list. You can also create your own Wishlist through the site and keep track of everything you want so you can give some hints out.

That’s a great idea but I am just wondering how many people would just delete the email when received if they don’t know who it is from.

I use wishpot.com for making a wish list. It’s an awesome website designed just for the purpose…
