Here is a shirt that makes a statement in more than one way. The woman’s “Baseballs” fitted tee is one of several shirts being sold by an organization called Save 2nd Base, pink with a wink. It’s a witty connotation to raise awareness and raise money towards a cure for Breast Cancer. It was thought up as a team name for a breast cancer awareness walk. The shirts and merchandise benefit the Kelly Rooney Foundation in honor of Kelly Rooney who first thought up the concept for the phrase and the t-shirt design. The shirt is hot pink with two white baseballs placed at just the right positions to match the anatomy and with the phrase of the foundation “Save 2nd Base” below. It’s a great way to take it back to the school days, when reaching 2nd base was part of the courting routine, and support a really good cause.
