Index Chopping Board

Here is a really innovative way to make sure you don’t cross contaminate your food in the kitchen while you are preparing your meals. It’s an Index Chopping Board set from MoMa Store. It comes with 4 color-coded cutting boards. The red for raw meat, the white for cooked meat, the green for vegetables, and the blue for fish. They are all stored in a plastic filing board with a rubber bottom so it won’t slip and slide on the counter. Each cutting board has an indexing tab so when you need one you can easily identify the proper one and pull it right from the holder. It’s a great way to keep your cutting boards organized and to make sure your food is always up to par.
