Pocahontas would be uber jealous of these puppies. The Charlton Fringe Sandal from Free People would make any gorgeous Native American green with envy! They feature an adorable suede fringe that dangles off the sandal delicately, yet perfectly! They are not your every day moccasin, but they definitely put a spin on the age old tribal classic. Wear these with lots and lots of denim to encourage a very native look. A short denim skirt or a pair of denim capris might work best, but don’t forget to also throw that denim jacket in there at some point. These scream comfort and originality, all the while placing a contemporary spin upon something worn for centuries prior. If you take a peek at the back of the sandal, you will be even more intrigued by the way that it covers the back of the heel to really offer a close resemblance of a classic moccasin.
