If you’re outside at dawn or sunset, you know what sun glare can do. It can pierce your retinas faster than you can say, “Holy hot fireball!” And that’s with your sunglasses on! Fear not, people! Dragon eyewear has just been polarized, meaning that the lens actually acts as blinds for your glasses. The polarized lens filters scattered and reflective light to protect your precious eyeballs from the grips of glare. Dragon offers 21 main styles of eyewear with the Polarized lens option, each with various nuances and color choices. My favs are the GG Coffee and Murdock Chestnut. They’re badass. Just like me.
The GGs, which will run you $105, are 100% UV protected and tout Polycarbonate lenses and Grillamid frame material for lightweight durability. The Murdocks, $110, are a hot pair of aviators built with a Monel alloy frame, spring hinge, and the same Polycarbonate lenses. There’s a two-year manufacturer warranty on these babies, too.
