I am not much of a baker but I do have a bag of flour on hand from that last time I did make something that required it in the recipe. Flour could not come in less convenient packaging. I find that paper bag so hard to work with. You can dig in with a spoon or a measuring cup or you can take a risk and try to pour out of the bag into a measuring cup but either way it usually ends up all over the counter, at least for me it does!
