Iced Tea Jug With Infuser
Wednesday, July 2nd, 2008
I am not really a regular soda drinker. My beverage of choice is iced tea and my favorite is fresh brewed iced tea. MoMA Store has an Iced Tea Jug for brewing all the tea to your hearts content. What’s cool about this is that it uses loose tea leaves for brewing the tea in minutes. And it can be used to infuse water and beverages with other fruits and herbs to create some unique homemade drinks. The removable filter makes it easy to keep clean and to keep your drinks fresh and tasting good.

Olive Oil Pourer from MoMA Store
Thursday, June 19th, 2008
Olive oil is a staple in my household. I use it regularly to cook with and to use for salad dressing. Since it is used regularly we buy the really big container from Costco so we don’t need to purchase it all the time. So instead we transfer the olive oil into a smaller container to keep out on the kitchen counter for regular usage. I came across this Olive Oil Pourer from MoMA Store and it is a decorative holder if you use olive oil as frequently as I do. It is stainless steel in the shape of an olive sitting on a leaf. It has a spout perfect for easy pouring into a bowl of salad or into the pan that you are about to use to cook with.

Chalkboard Napkin Rings
Tuesday, June 10th, 2008
When I entertain family and friends for dinner parties I have never really gotten into the whole ordeal of the cloth napkins and the napkin rings. However, these Chalkboard Napkin Rings from MoMA Store might make me reconsider that because I think this is such a great idea. They really kill 2 birds with one stone - holding the napkin in place and also serving as a seating card so all your dinner guests won’t have to put any thought into where they sit. They come with a set of 4 napkin rings with a chalkboard finish on the outside. The set also comes with a slate pencil to write the names on the napkin rings and a sponge eraser so you can easily re-use for all your dinner parties. It’s a creative way to make your dinner parties extra special for your guests.

Index Chopping Board
Wednesday, May 14th, 2008
Here is a really innovative way to make sure you don’t cross contaminate your food in the kitchen while you are preparing your meals. It’s an Index Chopping Board set from MoMa Store. It comes with 4 color-coded cutting boards. The red for raw meat, the white for cooked meat, the green for vegetables, and the blue for fish. They are all stored in a plastic filing board with a rubber bottom so it won’t slip and slide on the counter. Each cutting board has an indexing tab so when you need one you can easily identify the proper one and pull it right from the holder. It’s a great way to keep your cutting boards organized and to make sure your food is always up to par.

Wine Thermometer
Monday, April 7th, 2008
Everyone has their own particular wine preferences. For me, I prefer white wine over red and my wine must be served chilled. I am that girl that will add ice cubes to a glass of wine if it is not cold. I know many are cringing right now at that but I like it cold. That’s why when I saw this Wine Thermometer from MoMA, I thought it was a great thing. It attaches directly to a bottle of wine and includes instructions that provide the ideal serving temperatures basked on wine varieties. This will ensure that every glass of wine is chilled to your ideal temperature.
