Throwzini’s Knife Block
Friday, November 30th, 2007![]()

Here is something fun that will scare your guest. The Throwzini’s Knife Block is a lot more stylish then the usual knife block you are used to. It comes with 5 razor sharp stainless steel chef knives that are magnetically secured to their individual sleeves. They surround a little red guy locked to the wheel of death, making it seem as if has just survived a knife throwers attempts to kill him. It’s also functional and spins like the real wheel of death. The price wasn’t announce yet, so you will have to check back on the Urban Trend website later. If you can’t wait, you can get the The Ex which we wrote about earlier.

Paperclip Lamp
Wednesday, October 24th, 2007

We have kind of an obsession with lighting here at Damn I Like That!, you can click on the tag at the bottom of this post to see the wide range. I personally have an obsession with stylish and out of the norm lamps and lighting fixtures. That’s why when I saw the Paperclip Lamp, I knew I had to feature it on the site. It is truly unique and shows off some ground breaking design and offers limitless options. It’s paperclip shape makes you want to pick it up and bent it and luckily you can! It can be formed in many shapes and used into many different ways. I can see myself using it as a nightstand lamp letting its LEDs guide me while reading in bed. The one down side to it is, it’s only a prototype so you can’t have one yet. You have to hold off for awhile while the maker, Teague, is actively seeking manufacturing partners. Any manufacture who turns this down is crazy! If you had one, how would you use it?
